QUARTZ HILL AYSO 2020 SPRING PROGRAM CANCELLATION\REFUND INFORMATION

Quartz Hill AYSO Families,
Thank you for your patience while we worked with the AYSO National Office on procedures for the cancellation of our Spring Program. As previously reported Quartz Hill AYSO will be issuing complete Refunds to all Spring registrations. We have received requests from some families to apply Spring registration money to Fall. Unfortunately, after doing the research, that option is not available to us.
We will work as quickly as we can to produce and distribute the refund checks. Please continue to be patient, our systems are not built for bulk payments so each of the 300 cancellations\refunds has to be done manually. Our volunteer board members are dedicated to getting this done as quickly as possible.
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO VERIFY INFORMATION.
In order to reduce possible delays, please follow the steps below to ensure we have the correct contact and mailing information.
- Log into SportsConnect (formally BlueSombrero) at https://www.ayso638.org
- Click on the Gear to "Edit Account Information"
- Verify your mailing address, email addresses and phone numbers.
- If you make any changes make sure to click "UPDATE" button at the bottom of the page.
- Once the information has been verified in the system, please email [email protected]
- In the email include your name, email address and the names of the player or players you registered.
We will then match that information and expedite the distribution of your refund checks.
If we do not receive an email then we will proceed with sending checks to the address on record.
