Who: All children ages 4 - 18 (born between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2015) (Age Map)
(Proof of age, i.e. birth certificate, is required for all children that did not play in Region 638 in 2018. In addition, if a player did not play in Region 638 in the 2018 season and will be 8 years of age or older before January 1st, 2019 they will need to be present for a skills evaluation in order for registration to be completed. The skills evaluation enables our Region to maintain proper team balancing. Online applications for the 2019 Season can be completed at www.ayso638.org and are REQUIRED this season for both players and volunteers. Once an online player application is completed, please print one copy on a single sheet of clean, white paper (double-sided) and bring it to one of the registration events listed above. An online application does not register your child/children in our region. Registration must be completed in person.
2019 Registration Fees
Includes uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks), pictures, and trophy.
March 9th & April 6th: $130 per player (includes $20.00 AYSO National Player Membership fee)
May 4th: $150 per player (includes $20.00 AYSO National Player Membership fee)
After May 4th: $170 per player (includes $20.00 AYSO National Player Membership fee)
For the Fall 2019 Season 5U-Jamboree fees are as follows:
March 9th & April 6th: $110 per player (includes $20.00 AYSO National Player Membership fee)
May 4th: $130 per player (includes $20.00 AYSO National Player Membership fee)
After May 4th: $150 per player (includes $20.00 AYSO National Player Membership fee)
The above registration fees include four (4) discount cards while supplies last
(available, at a minimum, to the first 1000 players)
The discount cards offer year long discounts to various AV Businesses and may be resold for $10 each.

VOLUNTEER NOTE: In Blue Sombrero, if you plan to coach multiple teams, you must complete a volunteer registration in each division. This is the only way you can be assigned to multiple teams rosters. There will be tables at registration for Referees and other Volunteer positions. Thank you!
