AYSO Pet Policy

For many, pets are precious and members of our families. Unfortunately, AYSO fields are not a place for our pets to visit. Pets are not allowed at AYSO practices or games.

For the Public Parks, such are George Lane Park and Marie Kerr Park, the permitted AYSO Fields are considered the immediate vicinity of the field, touchlines and goal lines. Other areas of the Park are, of course, fine.

Westside School District, including Joe Walker Middle School and Gregg Anderson Academy, does not allow any pets on Campus without the express permission of a school administrator. School fields are not public spaces and are only open for AYSO's permitted use.

Disclaimer: AYSO is obligated to observe and respect existing regulations and laws regarding the presence of service animals at our fields. Service animals are defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as only dogs or miniature horses that have been trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Other animals, whether wild or domestic, do not qualify as service animals
