No region can run without a dedicated group of individuals. These individuals provide countless hours of their time ensuring the Region is running smoothly. This can be done as ordering equipment for the upcoming season, ordering uniforms, forming the teams, coming up with practice and game schedules.
Per the Regions Policy and Procedures each board position is voted in on a yearly bases, except for the Regional Commissioner which is a three year term. Many of the positions have assistants who work with them, which are not voted in. The Executive Board will make the financial decisions for the Region while taking in all thoughts and inputs from all members. All board members will have voting input for all non-financial decisions.
The Regional Board is voted in during the yearly March meeting. Notices are emailed out during the month of February should anyone be interested in joining the board.
The Regional Board is currently made up of 16 Executive Board Members. All are volunteer positions requiring various amounts of time.

*Asst Commissioner (three positions)- Meet similar responsibilities as the Regional Commissioner, will fill in as needed and run programs as needed.

*Secretary- Records the minutes of board meetings and posts to the regional website.
*Facilities Director- Ensures all equipment owned by the Region to include goals, nets and mobile carts are safe and in good working order and conditions. Order equipment as necessary
*Ways and Means Director- Maintains the Regions supply of appeal and manages the sale of items at Region events.
*Programs Director- Is responsible for the arraignment of the photographers used on picture day. Plans the Regional volunteer appreciation dinner.
*QH Shootout Tournament Director- Plans and coordinates the fundraising tournament(s) the Region holds annually.
